ACHIE JAMELYN and NATHALYN

"Forever in my heart"

Jamelyn Go has been a great friend and wonderful big sister to me. I first met her in church the same time I met Jerence Go. I talked to her a couple of times and I thought she was really sweet and nice. My sister, Illene, couldn't have agreed more. I remember Achie Jamelyn coming to visit me with Jerence one Sunday afternoon, while heading to Toms River. The one thing I noticed about her was that she was quite talkative. However, I really did like her for that. She voiced out her own opinion without hesitation. She didn't care about what others thought of her but stood by her own morality and values.

Eventually, as time passed by and I had gotten to know Jerence more, I also got to know Achi Jamelyn as well. I didn't need to try to make a good impression to her as I would normally do but just by being myself, I was able to feel as if she really did care for me. She came over my house with the whole family and we also went over hers…our talks around the table were very memorable especially when she talked about guys she was interested in. Nevertheless, Achie Jamelyn is very considerate. While on her vacation to San Francisco, she would think about us and send us postcards. On my birthday, she came over along with the family to celebrate it with me and also became a camerawoman for me. I guess I can sum her up in just one word: wonderful

Before leaving for the Philippines, Achie Jamelyn kept my hopes high and often encouraged me. No hints of negativity were ever heard in her voice. Like her brother and her whole family, she had a very optimistic outlook in life. I admire her for her strength and respect her for standing true to her own individuality. For that, I will forever hold her close to my heart.
